About us
Netas Surveys is headquartered in Klaipėda and operating across the Baltic region (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).
We provide independent marine and cargo survey services with attendance in ports, terminals, warehouses and other inland locations.
Our work includes cargo damage surveys, cargo condition surveys, vessel-related attendance, claims adjusting and expert support.
We act for insurers, P&I correspondents, carriers, freight forwarders, cargo interests and legal representatives in relation to cargo, marine and transport-related matters.

Different matters require different reporting focus.
In some cases, the priority is cause and extent of damage.
In others, it is condition on arrival, mitigation, handling sequence, quantity, or preservation of evidence for further claims handling.
We adapt our attendance and reporting to the nature of the assignment.
Our mission
We regularly act in matters involving cargo damage, wet damage, shortage, contamination, temperature-related issues, loading and discharge incidents, transport damage and other claims-related circumstances.
In many cases, the most important early steps are prompt attendance, preservation of evidence, recording of relevant facts and collection of available supporting information. Our role is to assist that process by providing independent attendance and clear reporting for the appointing party.
Our involvement may range from initial attendance and inspection through to survey reporting and practical support for further claims handling.
